I'm Jarret!
Jarret is an aspiring filmmaker with a strong focus on Sound and Cinematography. He first entered the creative field as a freelance editor for real estate agent, where he honed his eye for pacing and visual flow. His passion for filmmaking truly took shape in 2023 when he began studying at Lasalle College of the Arts.
He is driven by a desire to use both his skill sets in service of narrative and emotion. For Jarret, story always comes first. He approaches sound design and framing/lighting as tools to guide audience emotion and create a deeply immersive cinematic experience.
Over the course of his three years of study In Lasalle College of the Arts, he has worked across multiple productions in roles including sound recordist, editor, and mixer, as well as cinematographer, gaffer, camera assistant, and grip.
Jarret looks forward to collaborating with like-minded creatives and continuing to grow his skills in crafting meaningful, story-driven work.
